Becker Central Systems combine more than one Vacuum Pump into an all in one “plug & play” system to suit many different applications.
Utilising our Variair* Frequency Invertors you can have a system that Reduces Carbon Emissions, uses Less Energy and Lower Costs to Run and Maintain. You only need to use the Energy to meet your demand.
Becker Vacuum Pumps can be directly operated by a frequency controlled motor and are therefore matching exactly the user’s requirements. The times of complicated and expensive energy wasting air regulation using throttle-valves or by-pass valves are over. The "automation of air" leads to higher production output, expensive make ready times can be dramatically shortened. Learn more about Variair....

Advantage-D systems are 100% oil free, dry central vacuum systems for medical/surgical or general industrial applications that require operating vacuum levels from atmosphere to as low as 100 mbar.
These applications are typically those that involve air or inert gases or moderate amounts of water vapour. Medical/surgical systems meet current Australian Standard AS2896-1998.

With this special development, Becker extends its popular Advantage-D Central Suction System range by utilising the Series X 100% Oil Free Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps.
Advantage-X Systems take our industry-leading Advantage-D systems to the next level. Using our new X-Series dry rotary vane pumps that use the world's longest lasting graphite composite vanes (20,000 hours, minimum); we are giving these systems a bumper-to-bumper warranty of four years. Since changing vanes during that period is eliminated, no other system is more maintenance-free.
Equipped with completely newly developed vanes, these oil-free X rotary vane pumps distinguish themselves by high abrasion resistance and with that extremely long service lives. And since no dust develops where there is virtually no wear, the devices of the Series X are perfectly suited for precision processes under clean room conditions.
An additional reliability plus is the on-site service by Becker in case of need. Exchange installations and the downtimes associated with that are no longer an issue anymore.
